All of our ropes are 3 meters long and are length adjustable to suit any height.
To size your rope follow these steps.
1. Step on the middle of the rope.
2.Pull both of the handles pointing upwards.
3. The end of both handles should reach anywhere between armpits and lower chest.
Always start longer if unsure and shorten as you progress.
