The best of both in one matching set. The Sour Grape bundle includes one lightweight PVC jump rope and one beaded freestyle rope, giving you the freedom to switch between speed, cardio, rhythm and freestyle training.
The PVC rope is built for fast, smooth rotations. Its lightweight cord allows for quick acceleration while providing enough feedback for control and consistency—ideal for cardio sessions, endurance training, fast combinations and skill development.
The beaded rope provides more weight and feedback through each rotation, helping you develop timing, coordination and freestyle control. It is ideal for learning new skills, refining technique and progressing into releases, footwork and freestyle combinations.

All of our ropes are 3 meters long and are length adjustable to suit any height.
To size your rope follow these steps.
1. Step on the middle of the rope.
2.Pull both of the handles pointing upwards.
3. The end of both handles should reach anywhere between armpits and lower chest.
Always start longer if unsure and shorten as you progress.
